Oceanside Dance Center (formerly Oceanside Conservatory of Dance) is an established dance studio with over forty years of community service. We provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while teaching great technique and discipline.
Our goal is to serve the community not only with great dance education, but also and more importantly to give your child a place to learn, laugh and feel good about themselves. Dance should build confidence while making lifelong friendships and having fun. This is what we at Oceanside Dance Center hope to give each and every student. We gladly welcome all ages and dance levels.

2023 Fall Registration
Classes fill fast at Oceanside Dance Center. We offer a wide variety of classes for your child’s specific dance level. We love to start with the little ones as early as 2.5 years old. There is something for everyone. For best choices and more personal attention to each family, please come in and sit with one of our knowledgeable staff members.
2024 Summer Registration
We are one of Long Island leading competition schools also offering top level instructors in all areas of dance. A great way to get ready for our annual tryout is to join us for summer classes. Throughout the summer we offer ballet workshops, competition week as well as many special event days.
Competition Season 2025
Oceanside Dance Center is proud to participate in multiple dance competitions each season throughout the tristate area. This year, Oceanside Dance Center is heading to exceptional dance conventions to give our dancers additional learning experiences. Follow us on instagram to view our travels!
Birthday Parties
Our parties consist of 1 hour and fun-filled minutes of dancing and 45 minutes of enjoying food/drink/dessert in a separate party room decorated just for you! You can choose from ballet, jazz, lyrical or hip hop. Let us know your desired party theme or favorite colors. Our professional dance instructors will be your personal party hostess and will make sure all of the birthday girl or boy’s dreams come true! Our hostess will lead a fun dance warm up & play dance games.
Parents are welcome to stay for the fun or drop off/pick up. If dropping off, please return approximately 10 minutes before the end of the party for a fabulous performance you will not want to miss!
Pricing:
2 hour party $500.00 includes:
- Party Hostess/hostesses
- Pizza and juice/water for up to 20 guests. ($8 per additional guest)
- Party Decorations
- Plates, napkins, tablecloths & balloons
- Set up/Clean up
*Parents provide: Birthday cake or cupcakes, candles, and goodie bags.
Party Add-ons:
- Add-A-Craft: $175 Children will make a fun craft (With this add-on your party is automatically extended by 30 minutes so there is time to complete the craft (included in Add-A-Craft price).
- Extra Pizza for the parents: $20 per pie
- Piñata: $50 includes price for piñata and filling.
- Tutus & Tiaras: $150. Children will dress up like a princess ballerina
- Additional Party Time: $50 per half hour
Getting Started:
- Call us and reserve your special date.
- Stop in with your $100 non-refundable deposit to lock in the date and time.
- Pick your package and add-ons.
- Send out invites and leave the rest to ODC! ☺
